The EAST MAX Group continues its collaboration with an Ivanovo factory that manufactures synthetic fabrics and non-woven materials. The successful experience of previous cooperation has led to a new contract for the supply of a line for synthetic padding production.
This material is widely used in the manufacture of clothing, furniture, and many other applications.
The supplied line produces thermally bonded padding, also known as Eurosintipon. In this material, fibers are bonded together under high temperatures, forming a lightweight and dense fabric that provides excellent insulation and does not deform during washing.
Line Composition
The thermally bonded padding production line consists of 13 different machines for processing synthetic non-woven materials:
- 3 sets of bale openers with pre-openers
- Large feed hopper
- Main opener
- Feeding machine
- Two-cylinder carding machine with two doffers (fleece collectors)
- Fleece former
- Oven
- Calendering machine
- Winding and cutting machine
Key Component
The key component of the line is the carding machine, which, thanks to its improved design featuring two cylinders instead of the usual one, ensures maximum uniformity in the carding of raw materials and high quality of the finished product—synthetic padding.
The EAST MAX team is responsible for organizing the turnkey supply, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
